I'm so excited to be leading my first retreat since 2019! 

When I came across this magical retreat center, I almost couldn't believe my eyes.  Xinalani is just 12 miles south of Puerto Vallarta on a private white sandy beach that's only accessible by boat.  Once we arrive at our oceanfront jungle retreat, we will have everything we need to fully disconnect and return to softness and ease, and have some FUN! 
We will tune into the rise of the sun with daily morning Puja, followed by Himalayan meditation and a daily Kriya Yoga practice.  My hope for this retreat is to create a sweet space to relax, unwind, and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life.  I'm capping the retreat to offer an intimate, quiet experience, this retreat will sell out fast!

We will begin our days practicing sacred morning puja, followed by mediation and Himalayan Kriya Yoga.  Each day will be spent finding a balance of relaxation and exploration.   I will be offering Vedic Astrology Readings to all retreat participants, and giving daily wisdom talks on meditation, astrology, and how to truly live in the flow.  

There are many incredible activities to keep us busy:  Surf or surf lessons, SUP, scuba diving, kayaking, snorkeling, bird-watching jungle trek , ziplining, whale-watching, swimming with dolphins, visiting a local fishing village, waterfall hike, take a cooking class, or book a world-class spa service.

The accommodations are truly world-class and five star with on-site concierge staff to help support all our needs. Three meals a day are included and prepared by local chef's offering a unique Mexican culinary experience tailored with local organic ingredients. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diets can all be accommodated.  Set at the edge of the ocean and bordered by lush jungle, Xinalani’s beachfront restaurant offers a gorgeous menu and a unique outdoor dining experience.  We can sit back, relax, and nourish ourselves from the inside out.
