Over the past 17 years of practicing yoga, the single most important aspect that has truly changed my life (and made my life so much better), is having a dedicated daily meditation practice. I guarantee is you make time for meditation as a daily ritual, you will notice significant shifts in your overall happiness and you'll see life more clearly.
We will share a morning together sipping my homemade Masala Chai Tea, and I will teach you the meditation techniques I've learned in India. You will leave having your own personal home practice.
Cost is $65 if you'd like to take home a beautiful handcrafted Mala.
