Teachings for the Teachers

This will be an online gathering for existing yoga teachers who have completed a Sattva-inspired training and are looking to deepen your offerings as a teacher.  We will breakdown new kriya and pranayama techniques as well as discuss best practices as it regards to bringing the Sattva teachings to life.  We will meet every other Monday at 12pm PST via zoom.  Please see the attached schedule.  

*Please note, this is an offering to existing teachers who have completed a training where the curriculum was Himalayan Sattva-inspired.  

**This offering will count towards continued education training hours with Yoga Alliance (number of hours TBD).
