We will begin our days practicing sacred morning puja, followed by mediation and Himalayan Kriya Yoga.  Each day will be spent finding a balance of relaxation and exploration.   I will be offering Vedic Astrology Readings to all retreat participants, and giving daily wisdom talks on meditation, astrology, and how to truly live in the flow.  

There are many incredible activities to keep us busy:  Surf or surf lessons, SUP, scuba diving, kayaking, snorkeling, bird-watching jungle trek , ziplining, whale-watching, swimming with dolphins, visiting a local fishing village, waterfall hike, take a cooking class, or book a world-class spa service.

The accomodations are truly world-class and five star with on-site concierge staff to help accomodate all our needs. Three meals a day are included and prepared by local chef's offering a unique Mexican culinary experience tailored with local organic ingredients.
