Winter Wonderland Yoga Escape

Come share a beautiful winter weekend with me in the mountains of Flagstaff. We will be staying in a luxury cabin located near Snowbowl Ski Resort. This retreat is meant to give you time and space to enjoy the quiet slumbers of winter. We will begin our day with morning meditation followed by a yoga practice. Each day will be filled with different activities meant to ground your energy and tune you into the softer side of creativity.
