I'm so excited to be taking another group back to the soft, healing land of Bali for the third time. In 2017, I led my first retreat to Ubud, Bali and it was wonderful. in 2019 we stayed further south on the cliffs of Uluwatu, and this year I found a stunning Luxury Yoga Villa just minutes from the Golden sands of Seminyak beach. We will tune into the rise of the sun with daily morning Puja, followed by Himalayan meditation and a daily Kriya Yoga practice. Breakfast and dinner will be prepared fresh daily by a local chef, and we will take lunch during our excursions or while spending time at the beach. My hope for this retreat is to create a sweet space to relax, unwind, and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life. At our beautiful Villa, three room have second floor balconies overlooking the property, and the other rooms have large sliding doors that open onto the deck of the pool, or the lush gardens. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, A/C, and there are lots of comfy nooks to enjoy a good book or to escape the group and have time to yourself. I'm capping the retreat to offer an intimate, quiet experience, so space will sell out fast.

I attended my first ever yoga retreat in Bali, Indonesia in August of 2019. It was a marvelous retreat with life changing outcomes.
With the wisdom and guidance of Angie Hall, my meditation practice makes more sense and has more meaning to me than it ever has. The shift started with learning techniques to help increase and improve my self love.The changes that I witnessed and felt in just a few days were substantial. Then add the backdrop of Bali, which was one of my “to do” list destinations, which elevated the experience to beyond wonderful.

I have to say the best part of the entire journey was the meditation and yoga practices in the mornings. Through this I learned more about myself and my own spiritual path, how to meditate in a way that brings me peace and not frustration, and I gained a deeper understanding about Sattva yoga. Angie makes what can be a confusing and obscure practice understandable and sustainable in daily life. This was not a "woo-woo sit around and navel gaze" experience, that would never work for me. This was real and deep and powerful. I feel deeply connected to everyone from the trip and they will be in my hearts forever. I am now meditating regularly in addition to my yoga practice. If I allow myself to become still, I can still feel the Bali breeze on my skin, hear the birds, smell the sweet air and feel the love of my new friends.
Angie’s retreats are life-changing, but they are also very intense. Do not sign up expecting a low-key vacation of pampering self-care. Though the locations are idyllic, and there are many memorable moments of humor, fun, and relaxation, that’s definitely not end game. You will work. You will move way beyond your comfort zone. And you will rediscover who you are in the process. It’s not easy. But it’s worth it. And if you show up and do the work, you will leave far better than you came, feeling lighter, more aware, and more rooted in your truth than you ever thought possible.
