 My life completely changed after I learned ( and implemented) the Sattva Himalayan Meditation in India 5 years ago.  In all my 20 years of practicing the physcial form of yoga, I'd never experienced such a profound shift as I did once I began meditating regularly.  My words in this description won't even come close to describing the absolute magic in life I've found, because of this practice. This event is so more than just a weekend workshop.  Not only will participants be initiated into the 5 waves of the Sattva meditation, there are many other offerings I've included to bridge-the-gap from initial initiation, thru the Implementation phase, and utimately, resulting in a full integration of the practice into your life.  Here's a list of the offerings and services that participants will receive:
